Yes, most of our rental vehicles can be taken across the US-Canada border. You'll need to inform us at the time of booking, and additional cross-border insurance may be required. Please note that one-way rentals between countries are subject to special rates.

All our vehicles come with 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of breakdown or emergency, call our emergency number provided with your rental agreement. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange for assistance or a replacement vehicle if necessary.

Most of our rentals come with unlimited kilometers. However, some specialty vehicles or promotional rates may have distance restrictions. Any mileage limitations will be clearly stated in your rental agreement before booking.

Yes, additional drivers can be added to your rental agreement. Each additional driver must meet our age requirements and present a valid driver's license. A daily fee may apply, though this is waived for spouses/partners in most rental packages.

We provide a 59-minute grace period for returns. After that, late returns may be charged an additional day's rental fee. If you anticipate being late, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to explore your options.
